37: Casualty was reported at Peel Tower.
The team leader was contacted by NWAS, to assist with a casualty, reported to have fallen whilst crossing a dry stone wall on Holcombe Hill, injuring his knee. The patient's companion was met by team members at peel Tower and escorted to the incident site, where the casualty was treated with Entonox pain relief and a leg splint, then carried to the team vehicle waiting at the track leading to the tower, for onward transfer to Fairfield Hospital, Bury.
