Mountain Bike Challenge success
The Mary Towneley Loop Mountain Bike Challenge attracted nearly 200 entries this year.
Team members were on hand as the organisers of what has become a major fundraising event for the team, this year raising in the region of £3000. A good day was had by all, so thanks to team members and entrants alike for making a success of the day. The results are still to be collated and published but we hope to have these here as a downloadable document in due course. So watch this space.
Missing tools
In the meantime, if anyone found some tools on the descent of Rooley Moor Road, can they please contact the secretary@rpmrt.org.uk with information. We hear these were of great sentimental value to the owner, who will pay handsomely for their return!
