CONGRATULATIONS TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN ON THIS HER 70th YEAR IN SERVICE…
From all the team at Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue, we’re honoured to be an emergency service on call 24/7 working alongside our colleagues in the statutory emergency services at such a special time.
Over 1700 Mountain Rescue volunteers are honoured to be recognised and included among the frontline emergency, armed forces and prison service workers across the UK who are recipients of today's Jubilee Medal in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The team are particularly proud and honoured that 15 members have been chosen for their services to Mountain Rescue and we’ll post the presentation in due course.
